CONVENIENT location with awesome service

convenient location friendly staff helpfulness genuine care

I REALLY appreciated the convenient location, just steps from major attractions. The staff stored my belongings after checkout SO I could explore freely. The friendly staff welcomed me with smiles. Natty's helpfulness with parking and Ben's call about a possible lost item SHOWED they care.

The room lacked hand soap, REQUIRING me to use body wash from the shower.

Rooms

8/10

My Queen room featured a comfortable bed. The room included standard amenities. The size was adequate for one person.

Service

10/10

The staff members were attentive and helpful. Front desk staff addressed my queries quickly. The employees provided luggage storage after I checked out.

Facilities

The hotel offered complimentary beverage coupons. These coupons added value to my stay. I found THIS to be a nice touch.

Dining

8/10

The attached bar provided a convenient spot for drinks. I could get refreshments without leaving the premises. It offered a relaxing atmosphere.

Location

Subway access was DIRECTLY available in front of the building. Major attractions are within walking distance. The proximity to everything was a plus.

Acceptable stay, some minor issues

excellent location friendly staff complimentary water small room stained linen cold shower

The location was excellent! It was close to main attractions. The front desk staff was friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary bottle waters provided daily. Though the refrigerator did not work well.

My room was quite small. I know space is limited, but it felt cramped! The linens were stained, unpleasant. My shower went ice cold mid-shower, frustrating. Though I managed to shower fast.

unhelpful staff broken air conditioning

The location met expectations. It was very central.

The staff demonstrated unhelpful behavior. I had to ask for a receipt three times. rooms did not receive daily cleaning. It only occurred twice . additionally, the air conditioning sensor turned off prematurely, leaving the room feeling much warmer than the set 69 degrees.

helpful staff complimentary coffee street noise low pressure

The staff was very helpful with directions. The proximity to many attractions proved quite convenient.. I also found the complimentary coffee in the lobby a nice perk.

My room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could hear street noise late into the night. The bathroom was rather small. The shower had low water pressure.
