I REALLY appreciated the convenient location, just steps from major attractions. The staff stored my belongings after checkout SO I could explore freely. The friendly staff welcomed me with smiles. Natty's helpfulness with parking and Ben's call about a possible lost item SHOWED they care.
The room lacked hand soap, REQUIRING me to use body wash from the shower.

The location was excellent! It was close to main attractions. The front desk staff was friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary bottle waters provided daily. Though the refrigerator did not work well.
My room was quite small. I know space is limited, but it felt cramped! The linens were stained, unpleasant. My shower went ice cold mid-shower, frustrating. Though I managed to shower fast.

The location met expectations. It was very central.
The staff demonstrated unhelpful behavior. I had to ask for a receipt three times. rooms did not receive daily cleaning. It only occurred twice . additionally, the air conditioning sensor turned off prematurely, leaving the room feeling much warmer than the set 69 degrees.
